I think so. .not sure. You can bring kids so why shouldn't you be able to bring dogs?,, kids are far more troubling than dogs

Yes, Remain leashed, clean up after/as needed,. Not allowed on Beach. Nara Park is wonderful, definitely check it out, you and your dog will be happy you did!!😁
