Our salesman Jim was top notch. We felt like he was on our side the entire process. The van we bought had a ding on the back and he said they would take care of that. They did. A real nice job on it too. Buying process was not a hassle or a pressure sell job. Very comfortable. Our vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Once we had it we noticed an issue which they partly took care of. We never heard back on a part that was not in stock, even after several emails/calls. We decided to just let it go as the dealership is about an hour and 15 minutes from us. Also the car wasn’t cleaned as well as you’d expect. Overall I would buy from them again but I would look just a little closer before taking ownership. Four stars seems fair since we never did get the part that was on back order.

My son bought a used car here, which was the same place I bought the old Subaru from the previous dealership at the same location. We took delivery the next day, but I had asked to have a few scratches buffed out and a chipped spot repaired. The scratches weren't buffed out and the chip was just painted with a little brush. They did a great job with all the paperwork and worked with the insurance company to make sure it went smoothly. I just wish they had offered a little more for the trade in so we wouldn't have had to sell it on our own. Friendly, competent people 🙂

I have been taking my Subaru to this dealer since purchasing it in 2019. I've had good experiences in the past, but my most recent visit was not one of them. My appointment was at 1 pm and I was told they would call in an hour or two to give me an update on when it would be ready. I wasn't contacted for the rest of the day. I went to pick it up the next day when I finally received a call that it was ready and told me it had been washed (as I requested), and when I got back to my car it was clearly not washed.

After 10 years of positive car purchases and service, our family will never return to this dealership. Despite numerous assurances someone will return a call, nobody ever does, and this after an employee recently totaled our vehicle (and was cited). We are still trying to get it straightened out and even that hasn’t warranted a phone call. We’ve been patient, but the lack of service is disappointing and has lost them our trust.

All employees wear masks, and have plexiglass at the desk (at least in the service dept).
