I don't see why not. There really isn't anything but a few houses out there. When we were there, there were a few local kids out there burning out and sliding down the dirt road and no one seemed to care. I was more upset about all the people climbing on the formations when there are signs that clearly say to stay on the paths and off the rocks.

It is not a national park...there are windmills all around.. there was a drone flying over when I was there last month...
