Per County parks rules and regulations, Drones are not allowed to be flown on or over any County Park Property. It is posted in their FAQ. https://communityservices.elpasoco.com/parks-and-recreation/parks-frequently-asked-questions/
I don't see why not. There really isn't anything but a few houses out there. When we were there, there were a few local kids out there burning out and sliding down the dirt road and no one seemed to care. I was more upset about all the people climbing on the formations when there are signs that clearly say to stay on the paths and off the rocks.
Not National Park
Not a national park and drone not allowed
It is a El Paso county park, not aware of any drone restrictions
Drones are perfectly fine to fly there
