There are two parking lots. The main one, which also has restrooms and all could be around half a mile from the place. The second parking lot is just overlooking the place. If you park over there, you can reach the place in 2-3 minutes.
I am 52 and found an elderly couple walking the trails. I don't think it would be advisable to climb the structures themselves but the trails offer many lovely views and only take half an hour each.
It's not really that far, there are several different areas to park at, so it just depends on which location you choose.
