The short answer is no. While there is a parking lot, you will have to go on an approximately 10 minute walk to see the rock formations.
Yes! There are two parking lots. Drive past the first one and pull into a second one. From there you can walk 100yds to an overlook or a short 5 minute walk down into the canyon.
