The 2 guides who accompany you through the Zipline adventure will not split up to do individual ziplining. Both guides need to stay together at each zipline, one at the start, and one at the finish. Therefore you will have to do the whole adventure and not just one part. It is really worth doing the whole tour. The initial ziplines are small, and maybe trivial, but are still fun, and if you have never done this before are good learning steps. Meeting and chatting with other members of the tour is also fun too, and the scenery is just awesome!
It would be worth doing all of them because you take a small boat ride over to the Zipline course and that is how you end up to the last one, however they may have an option for the last one if you have prior experience, otherwise that is a good question.
You have to do the whole thing because the only way to get to the zip lines is a boat ride followed by a lot of stairs and hills
