Yes, but during Spring Break they have been known to fill up fast.
Open year round, but unless you're bringing a big group and renting a large group site, the campsites are first come, first served. On holiday weekends and school breaks the sites fill up fast. If you arrive later at night (I believe after 10 or 11pm) the gate may be closed - you can walk in and set up, and pay in the morning.
