It doesn't; there are a few hotels in the San Marco area that have airport shuttles, however most of those are likely far more expensive. There's always Ubers waiting at the airport, and that may well be cheaper in the long run
The only ones that I have seen where the ones that were close to the airport in Atlanta the other ones in Alabama and more rural places like down in Florida I haven't seen shuttle so it's kind of hit-or-miss there I think the closer you are to an airport the higher likelihood
