Are electric golf carts allowed to get around? Are they legal in this community? I know they're legal anywhere with a speed limit of less than 35 mph unless otherwise stated by city ordinance.

I have a copy of the campground rules and policies. I quote; golf carts are permitted on the main roads only - drivers must be 16 or older.
