I live here unfortunatley. The landlord and his manager do not care about the tenants or the property. The landlord is very cheap and gets upset of he has to spend money to fix something. The lawn gets mowed once a month of they can keep someone arpund long enough that is willing to mow it for less than what they should be paid. Its extremely expe sive to live there. The homes arent in good shape and honestly it looks like a dump.

Too much for what the houses are like. None of them are in good shape. The landlord doesnt want to pay for anything if it needs to be fixed. Im paying 800 for a trailer that should not have been put up for rent when it did. Its not worth the 800. Pet fee is about 250ish amd yoire allowed 2. Grass only gets cut once a month if they can keep a company around long enough to do it. You pay electricity. I believe it has a well. I dont reccomend it unless you're in a bind and need a place to live right now. I would go to find an apartment if i were you. Also the RV Park Manager is rude and doesnt care either.
