We brought our own barware for making nice drinks, but the kitchen had everything else we needed. Silverware, plates, glasses, wine glasses, drink pitcher, cooking utensils, handheld blender, 13x9 baking dish, pots and pans, and more. There were two packets of dishwasher detergent and two packets of clothing washer detergent. If you need more, bring some from home or buy on your grocery run. We went to the HEB in Kerrville.

Yes there are utensils, dishes, and cookware. There are seasoning packets and a coffee maker. The check-in area has groceries you can buy in small amounts. I'd recommend stopping at a grocery store fifteen minutes away.
The condos are stocked with essential cooking utensils and small electric appliances, linens, and towels and even hair dryers.

For your second question, there is swimming and exercising, hiking at World Mark. There's river access, tho at world mark you can't float but you can explore and possibly walk to where you can start floating. There's stonehenge II. There's the cibola nature trail. There are caves evidently. Those are some of the things we did there recently.
