If I could give 10 stars… I would. The Cheyenne Mountain Resort was nothing short of magical. The resort itself is amazing!!! We went for a weekend getaway and it was so peaceful. The rooms were clean and all of the food was AMAZING! The service was impeccable - especially Hannah at the Elevations restaurant along with Emily and Shawnee at the Country Club. Best service I think I’ve ever had. Also, make sure to get a Bloody Mary. Delicious. Highly recommend!!!

We booked this in I guess what they consider their off season 3/19-3/21. I initially thought this would be very similar to other higher end resorts we had stayed at and the main lodge was beautiful and courtyard well kept. However as soon as we arrived to our room in the Fountain Lodge we were pretty disappointed. As we walked into the room we immediately noticed bloody boogers wiped on the wall. The beds had various sorts of hairs in them and the bathroom also had a large clot of hair in the drain. The ceiling in the bathroom had dried reddish spots on it from where steam from the shower had gathered and not been cleaned for who knows how long. It was disgusting to say the least. I guess the best part of this stay was that we didn't spend much time there or in the room. WAY WAY too pricey for the accommodations. Main restaurant was never open. I would consider the rooms to be maybe a 2.5 star compared to what I've seen in the past. Hugely disappointed with this one!

This place is simply amazing. The service provided at check in astounding and the folks in the lobby and restaurant are a pleasure. The views are to marvel over. Location is close to airport, garden of the God’s, down town and great food places. Check in was simple. There’s a heated pool, hot tub, indoor pool, golf course, fitness center, spa, lake with outdoor activities all on the property. This is a perfect get away place with the family, with a spouse or just to simply get away. There’s a restaurant in the golf club house that has the best salmon Benedict I’ve ever had it’s called gates grille. You will not be disappointed with this location.

Stayed here on our way to Colorado Springs, great location. The woman who checked us in was wonderful, I really wanted a tub, she said the room they had us in was a better view, I told her I preferred a tub to the view, she was professional and accommodating. We still had a pretty nice view and the room was clean and bed and linens comfortable. I gave it a 4 out of 5 due to the walls being so thin, we could hear everything going on in the room next door at 1am, it kept us awake for at least 40 minutes.

Yes is pet friendly, but I personally not recommend bring pet if you go to the Garden of Gods or 7 waterfalls.

Yes, that is totally fine. Each room has a mini-fridge for food storage.
The minimum age to stay at the resort is 21 years old.

The breakfast buffet is good. I did see people who were not guests of the resort stopping by to eat. They have a made to order omelet and waffle bar, fruit, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, potatoes, bacon, etc. I think it was $18 for adults and half price for kids. I can't say it was a bargain, but the food was good and the view was lovely.
Our resort pool and the indoor pool at our aquatics center are both open year-round. We also have five indoor tennis courts adjacent to our indoor fitness center and our full-service spa. Our iconic Pete Dye golf course is open year round as well, however it is weather dependent. We also have very popular restaurants to check out, namely Gates Grille and Elevations. The mountain views are absolutely spectacular no matter the season!
They offer airport transportation. Contact their concierge for specific transportation options.
During the summer time, we often have live music in Elevations or Gates Grille. We do not currently have any scheduled artists in the winter.
Our fitness center has saunas and Jacuzzis inside both the male and female locker rooms. Resort guests are free to access the fitness center with an overnight stay.
