Great place for a family reunion. Been coming here for 10 years at least, with a family that has been coming for 30 years. Here's hoping for another 30 years.

Great nostoligic vintage family place to enjoy clean river water. The place is a place to relax and enjoy the simple blessings of nature and family around you. It is not a place for those who might want a luxury resort, it is not updated with the latest tech, it's not close to any big attractions. It is a simple and nice family friendly river front. There are canoes, a paddle boat, tubes, tennis court, green lawns, trees, clean clear shallow water safe for kids and a deeper end for the paddle boat. Plenty of sitting and picnics, firepits, bbq areas throughout the site. After 11:00 pm if you're not tired from the outdoor activities bring a Roku or amazon fire stick and watch what you like if you don't like cable TV they have WiFi which is enough to work on your laptop or play on the tablets when but depending on your cellular plan there might not be any cellular phone service so might need to call via WhatsApp, Duo etc. Management leaves after 4:00 so it's important to be patient and try to resolve things yourself until morning.

Fabulous location. Exquisite river access. Flume available for tubers, canoes and nice flat water to paddle. A specific swimming area with deep water. Grounds are super clean. We didn't use the family / game room, but it looked nice. Most of the people were very friendly. Bring all your supplies, closest store is Hunt and it doesn't have a huge selection. I'm planning a return trip asap.

My wife and I went out there for 2 days we absolutely loved it. We went in the off-season, so not too many people, beautiful, quiet, relaxing and tranquil place. outdoor bbq pits, fire pits, fireplace and plenty of tables and seating. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable with kitchenettes. Friendly Staff.
