No. Sometimes it gets slippery and thr metal stairs get very slippery. Impossible to tale a wheelchair
The butterfly garden could be, the campground yes, but the springs definitely not, there is a very steep grade and lots of stairs. Maybe the spring fed pool at the top, there are a few stairs to it but also a short trail as alternate route that might be workable.
True. There is a swimming pool and very nearby you can look down directly on the lake. The pool is part way down a pretty steep hill, so you would have to have a strong person help. The path is paved. Good luck.
The top part could be considered accessible. The lower area, not.
I am disabled. My daughter helped me up and down on foot. I didnt see any way to make it down via wheelchair or walker. I was very nervous. Its a lovely place, but you need to be sure footed. I was able to sit on rocks here and there. I was in agony for 2 days. But I dont regret it. I doubt i could do it again.
