There are a couple of sets of stairs you will have to pull it up and drop it down, and depending on how full the creek is, the drop off to the water is pretty steep. There is also railing on a lot of parts along the trail you would need to lift the stroller up and over to get to the water. Possible, yes. I would not say friendly
Sort of. The trails are, but not the the stream of water. In order to get down there you have to climb up and down. Its best if you saddle the little one with one of those body contraptions.
Definitely agree with everyone. It's doable, but a back pack type could carrier would be a much better choice.
I've seen a few strollers make it to the waterfalls, it won't be easy but its possible.
