Update: They did find our keys that they swore they never used (we have code locks on the doors), and they found our wheel chock. They also simply stated these type of stabilizers tend to be noisy. They weren't when we got it but have gotten more noisy as time goes on. Either way not sure I would return here for work. I would give this zero stars if I could. Took my travel trailer in for a well check so to speak. Made him aware that the stabilizers were really loud, we were looking at rear cameras and wanted to switch the tub for a shower. After five weeks sitting there because they lost our number and emails we stated we were coming to pick it up. They were quick to get to it. Charged 455 for the "service" they do with new units for the well check. Called us to say hey your propane regulator isn't working (it was only 3 years old). Ok fine replace it. Another 250 in parts and labor. Today 7 weeks later we pick it up. Our wheel chocks were missing, the stabilizers clearly were not even touched let alone serviced, and they lost our freaking keys. Sorry they say. Never again! He's clearly got too much business and not enough organization.

We went and looked at RVs, The fact that they wouldn’t even walk us through the lot should have been an indication. After we walked the lot we told them we were interested in one of their fifth wheel trailers and we wanted to trade our bumper pull in. They told us they’d look into it and let us know what the trade in value would be, but we never heard back!! So we called 2 days later and asked what was up, someone came to our RV and checked it out and said they’d run numbers and let us know… we’ll it’s been a week and NOTHING!! we even have cash! So a trade in and cash is apparently not enough for a simple call back or email?? Guess they don’t want business, that’s ok, plenty of other RV dealerships around that do!
