The answer depends on 2 main factors... type of handicap and how far back into the trails you intend to go. There are various uneven areas, all is unpaved and very steep wooden steps/bridges.
Not handicapped accessible but still some beautiful places to see in a good terrain chair. Maybe not all but worth the venture
