You can buy them at some stores but they might hurt your eyes I would order at a eye store or online to make sure you get the right lense.

Colored contacts, even if you dont need corrective lenses, still require a prescription. You'll have to order them online through the novelty stores or most places that you can get a prescription (walmart, Walgreens, eye dr, etc), usually also sell colored contacts. Hope that helps!
