My sister and I were there at her request to celebrate her birthday because we were in the area. I was not impressed with the restaurant. The BWW in Charlotte, North Carolina was great and we thought this would be the same. Our Waiter was nice but the food was, just okay. The dipping dressing tasted like it had expired and sent me to the bathroom. However, I still gave a good tip to my server as he was kind and seemed to be having a hard day; otherwise I would not have provided a tip at all.

Wing flavors are great but really undermined by the temperature of the wings. I order takeout and they've been cold 4 out of last 5 times. Only time they were hot was during Super Bowl. This last time I went I arrived 15 minutes early. Young lady at desk was helpful, checked twice said "almost ready" both times. I get the food expecting to at least 1 item to be fresh (what else would cause the wait), everything was cold, not even close.

This location does not make the wings that Bdubs is known for. Corporate needs to take note of all these reviews and conduct an immediate kitchen retraining. The salt and vinegar dry rub wings had almost no flavor and were not the crispy kind other locations make. Buffalo wings were also soggy. Not worth the trip at all.

Worst experience, specially when you order via App. And quality is worst. Sauce is even not spread on. I have ordered here for 20+ times and all bad experiences. Each time with a hope but they are experts in disappointing. Cornered as BWW was my favorite 2years back… pity me…
