I did not even get to talk to any professionals in the practice, but I am fairly frustrated with mental health providers having an indifferent approach about asking questions, setting appointments and pushing when they want to move up your appointment. Great that they are doing well and very busy but that should not be the theme on how you treat potential new patients because you have plenty of other patients.

This place claims to be conservative with medication distribution but after one 90 minute appointment they were willing to throw an anti-depressant cocktail at me. Not only that but they wasted 90 minutes of my time with a PA who wasn’t even a psychiatrist. I had to fill out a lengthy questionnaire before my appointment and the appointment consisted of discussing everything I had already written on the questionnaire. A completely redundant waste of time. They gave me the indication that I was going to meet with a psychiatrist for behavioral therapy but the entire session was me pouring my heart out to a physicians assistant. Then, they refused to prescribe me medication I’ve been on for 15 years and instead wanted to give me Prozac. A complete waste of my time and money.
