What is the name of the restaurant that is inside Bass Pro? Do they have an all-you-can-eat buffet, what kind of fish/seafood is on it, and, what days of the week do they have it?

Its Uncle Bucks brewery and steakhouse in Grapevine. The menu is good, no buffet, its steaks, sandwiches and seafood. Something for everyone. Its been awhile since I have been so not sure if the menu has changed. I am sure you can find it on the website.

Get the Grouper sandwich. It's amazing.

Uncle Bucks.. Just a straight menu with standard traditional American staples, along with some burgers and kids plates.
