Worth the drive to come to this store! Manager Allen and sales rep Paula were professional and super helpful. We had a terrible customer service experience at the store close to our house and decided to give this store a try. They did not disappoint. We paid more for delivery by coming here, but the difference in service made it worth every penny. Looking forward to our new furniture in a few days!

Sure not the quality one would expect from a "quality" product. 9 days after 1 year warranty expired chair broke. Turns out almost nothing is covered under the lifetime warranty they advertise and want $125 to look at the chair.

Very attentive sales reps, no real pressure. Jason was super nice and extremely patient answering all the questions. Purchased two rocking recliners that we've now had a couple of weeks - absolutely love them!

They were very patient and went out of their extra way which speaks volumes to us. Furniture is an investment and our purchase was one we are glad to have made.
