Front desk was super nice shes the only reason that I can even leave one star oh and because I have to in order to leave this review. The other two staff members I interacted with were not as friendly, (I had questions after the PA had left the room and she could not be bothered to come back to the room and answer questions instead the nurse stood in the open doorway and asked the questions out to her at the, I’m assuming, nurse’s station that she was working at, then answered the nurse who relayed the answers to me, this continued for all three questions I had; hello HIPPA???) they do not know about the pharmacies they work with I assume on a daily basis and I had to later learn that they misdiagnosed myself and one of my children! Very disappointing as I was relieved to finally be living near a medical facility that wasn’t a 20 minute (give or take) drive away, After this my to be first and last visit, a 20 min drive doesn’t seem so bad.

"30-40 minutes" and there's "three people in front of you" it's been ONE HOUR AND 30 minutes and receptionist said there's still one person in front of me (Im still not in obviously) and I've seen at least five people walk in before me

They are pretty good about your wait times there pretty good at what they do as well

Terrible follow through from this office. Called with concerns and was assured I would receive a call back in a few moments, which I never did. Called the next day with worsening symptoms and was refused service. If you need medical attention, I sincerely do not recommend this office.
