I moved into Montelena 2 years ago from out of state. I remember coming in for our showing for a 2 bedroom and the assistance that we got from the leasing staff was outstanding! Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Montelena left a very good impression on me and I was so excited to apply and sign a lease here. Still to this day, Montelena has not let me down - from the reliable and dependable maintenance team, management and our beautiful renovated unit, I am a happy tenant and I am so happy to call Montelena home!

My husband and I just moved to Montelena a few months ago and this is by far the best complex I have ever lived in! In fact, I have lived in another complex on this same road and in comparison Montelena’s customer service and care to thier buildings exceeds what I have ever seen. For example, a couple of weeks ago a pipe burst I guess because it was so hot and our water was off for a little bit. I was worried because at another apartment complex I lived at in grapevine this very thing happened and I had no water for 3-4 weeks. However, in this situation with Montelena they had it back on VERY FAST within an hour. Montelena is always two steps ahead of any issue that arises. Maintenance is very fast as well! They usually come same day or the next day. I never have to worry because they do a good job of taking care of the property and our apartments! They are very proactive versus reactive which is very good!! I’ve never had an issue here ever! I have lived in other complex’s in grapevine and this is by far the best one!
