I only lived her a year, but it has been a wonderful experience, particularly when Erika took over as the property manager. Any issue we ever had was handled in a timely and professional manner and Erika is very down to earth and understanding that we are people, not just tenants. The only thing I would suggest is maybe opening an online rent payment portal as a money order is a little inconvenient, but overall we have loved our time here and are sad to go, but life circumstances and finances are taking us elsewhere. Thank you Erika for your kindness and for making our experience great (which is rare in my experience living in apartments/complexes.)

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I haven’t had many major complaints. The appliances are bit outdated but the maintenance guys are always on top of anything that you need. The office staff doesn’t bother you unless they need to, the area is awesome, pool is always clean and kept up, and you get an amazing deal for the space you’re given.
