Sales rep Star was able to come over to our house to count and get the close to $10,000 order. After order was place and paid for we had a hard time getting ahold of her. 1 week after the delivery date we had to beg them to bring the order to new house under construction we even had to push back the hardware install crew. There was extra pieces which they will charge you 25% restocking. My builder said he wont use them anymore. You can find most of the things on Amazon.
