I just recently remodeled my house new floors paint windows etc. I spent weeks looking for new furniture 1st time in 30 plus years. Bought 2 identical recliner rockers. Had the furniture several months realized it left pits in my brand new wood floors. Called ..they had someone come look take pictures said they would get back with me week later I am still waiting so over week later I call back tell them I am upset don't appreciate them just ignoring me. Male comes on says he has to speak with Mgr who will be in in approx 1 hour. It has now been 8 days I am waiting on said Mgr to speak with me. I am not sure what could have been done but it should be common courtesy to return my call or send email. Sales person should have advised to put Rugs under the chairs. I now regret the day I stepped into your business will never do it again.

If you are looking for unique furniture pieces or designer collections this is your place! We ordered a custom color Bernhardt bed with frame from this location during the start of the pandemic. The process took some time due to delays but when the bed came it was exactly what we ordered. There was some discoloration but the sent a furniture tech out to clean the spots. There was a rip on one of the bedside panels but the tech came back after some time to fix that issue as well. I'd definitely say it was worth the hassle because our bedroom is exactly how we want it.
