I shop there frequently, store is clean and management apparently hire and train their employees to focus on the customer and do what is necessary to insure their positive experience. Also I get the impression that the employees enjoy their jobs…which impacts the overall vibe. I know this doesn’t happen unless management understands the importance of the store’s “positive”culture.

Convenience of pickup, local merchant (not online), price - what could be better? I'd bought a coffee maker on Amazon and it arrived in a box that was ruined and not gift-able. Target had the same item, was able to give it to me within two hours and it was not only in perfect conditions, but there was a nice coupon on it that meant it had a better price. Next time, I'll check Target first.

Been here a few times and it's never been stellar but not horrible. Today was different. Placed a drive up order for 4 items; an hour and a half later they still were not ready, so we went in to get them ourselves thinking it would be busy or understaffed but it was neither. Only a few customers and I've never seen more employees in a store in my life, every other aisle had an employee in it. The store was atrocious; nothing was where it belonged, merchandise and trash all over the floor, and the bathrooms (good luck finding them by the way, if you blink you'll miss them) were almost worse than at a gas station. All the employees were either standing around talking or pretending to be busy and not a single one said a word to us. I was confused that with so many employees standing around doing nothing, they couldn't fulfill a drive up order with 4 items. I wish I had taken pictures to add to this review but I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. Go to the Euless Target off of Glade instead, easier to find and never had a bad experience there.
