To reset the password, we’ll have to factory restore the device. All data will be lost unless previously backed up to iCloud or other means. Once the device is back to factory settings, depending on your security you may be prompted to enter your iCloud credentials in order to use the device. If you don’t remember your iCloud login/password there is no way for us to bypass this and you’ll need to recover your info through Apple, which can be a process in itself.
Highly doubt it. They'll probably try to copy data and do a factory reset.
