They allow pets up to 30 lbs. They do allow golf carts. You can own your lot with a small monthly fee or rent a lot. Prices for renting depend on how long you stay. The website has info and a number you can call. If no one answers leave a number and message and they'll get back with you.

They are pet friendly. Not sure the cost of the lot fee or Hoa. This is a park that you can own the land. It is also where you can rent. HOA's, not sure they have that. My dad lived there.
