Spent a year in this RV park while building our home. The park is clean and relatively quiet; except for the rare occasion of a noisy neighbor outside of the park property playing music loud. The streets are well lit and absolutely the perfect spot for an early morning or late evening walk. Grounds well kept. Nice sunsets. Close to Lake Clinch, City of Frostproof, Historic Museum, Mister Chris’ Coffee Depot, Florida Wildflower Art Studio, and centered between Avon Park and Lake Wales. In a nice spot—close enough to venues.

We visited here in October (2019) and lucked out with an older couple who decided they could no longer make the trip from NYC. After we moved in, many people stopped by and welcomed us. Everyone we spoke with loved staying here and I am sure we will too. We were treated very nice by the office staff (Mary) and grounds manager (Lenny).

I do 6 + 6 and I really enjoy it here I still work I am not retired as most residents here are. They stay very active there's something going on every day through the winter with the exception of Saturday. Occasionally there's something going on on a Saturday evening. I would highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a quite community of people who care about each other and look out for each other.
