It's very quiet and layed back. Most people are friendly. Everyone acts like we bought the worst trailor in the park! We have done many updates and worked very hard. We will be back!

Great place if you like to live out in the sticks. They have a nice facility but shopping is a challenge The walking index is very low here if nonexistent. I saw no sidewalks outside of the community

Lake clinch is a very very safe Lake in the park isn't near the lake it is on the lake there's a beach dock in the pool is right next to the lake the park is very small but it has two sides ones across the road from the other but I don't know what the lot rent is there I stop being the manager there 8 months ago the last I remember it was like 375 I think yes they do a lot of activities and there are two clubhouses and they switch back and forth between each it's a very nice quiet Park but if you like to go shopping at Bridge malls or anything like that it's at least 12 miles to the nearest large store
