DO NOT GO HERE! To start the nurse at the front desk is horrible. She is rude and can not draw blood properly not Lisa but the other one. Then the new doctor they have STELLA HEREDIA MD is also horrible. She took over for Mr Babtise which was a great Dr and listened to you and has only seen me three times. I have had a UTI for months and her first encounter she was worried about my mental health diagnosis instead of my actual health. I have a therapist for that and i am doing well. She tried to make me believe that the pain and issues I was having were all in my head. She got dismissive and even told me not to bring up UTI’s anymore that its basically all in my head even tho I have documentation that I did not make it up and was in the ER several times for treatment. On this last visit she again told me not to talk about UTI that she could assure me i no longer had one bc it didn’t show in the dip stick but blood and bilirubin did. I told her i drink a lot of water could she please test my kidney function and my blood for infection bc I do not want to go septic, she denied me and said again I was making it up and or that it was my nerves and gave me gabapentin. I just got a 6th round of antibiotic called in today from the UROLOGIST that in-fact confirmed I STILL HAVE A UTI! If you care about your life or have any sort of documented mental disorder do not see this doctor because you may not get the treatment you need. She is obviously prejudice again mental illness. Thank god I never took the medicine I never needed.

I came here on a Friday at 4 with a very serious dog bite wound that needed to be cleaned and wrapped with possible stitches. The staff told me they do not take walk ins and that they close at 5:00 p.m. so they were unable to see me. The reality is they did not want to stay late and work on a Friday. I was forced to drive an hour to the next closest walk in clinic

If there was a zero star I would hit it for one my appointment was at 215 I got here before 2 they didn't call me back to see the Dr till almost 3 n it's going on 330 still no dr. Like what's really going on they ant even busy if I wouldn't have already paid to b here I would leave
