very nice area but no sandy beaches. try sanibel. lee county has an excellent park on the causeway. or fort myers beach (a small city on an island about 30 min away)

No, there is a fishing pier, park, boat ramp, kayak ramp, bathrooms but not a nice, sandy beach.
