There's Peters Point Beach and other small access parking up and down the road. You can also drive on the beach with 4 wheel drive and a small permit fee if you don't live on Amelia Island residents free

Agreed Peter's point parking is free. The beach on the south tip of Amelia Island you have to pay to park
From what I saw yes. Not one place I saw where you had to pay.
I know for a fact that you can park for free at Peter's Point, but I'm not aware of having to pay for any other beaches either.
