Yes you should be able to find a spot there is rvs that are there all day every day as long as you leave by 9pm i believe. They leave and come back every day
I didn't see big parking spots for this but I didn't see signs prohibiting it either. You'd just have to get there and did available spots, I guess. When it went it was packed. There were several officers, most likely the coast guards, guarding who passed with their vehicles to the beach, so I'm sure they can answer better.
