If you didn't address the issue immediately with a manager or notify Corporate, then it must not have been important.
I did address it then and there. He said he was the manager there and there where no other customers there.
It sounds like you made a statement. 99.9% of the time a starbucks employee will go the extra mile or 50 for a customer. Was it busy when you were there and did you know that their website has nutritional information on their food? The employees at that Starbucks have always been very helpful and courteous to everyone I have seen them interacting with.
I don't sound like a question to me. Maybe you should have addressed it immediately with management. The person could have been new or maybe just not known.
