Stephanie answer is correct. If you don't want to walk, call the concierge and they will bring it to you....a high class place!
Ours was pretty far from the elevator, down a long hall,v turned right and there was an inconspicuous door that says "ice". Housekeeping helped us find it. Staff is super nice and will show you.
