(((DO NOT GO HERE))) had a series of really bad experiences with friends. Country Cafe was TOP among them! DONT GO HERE! We shopped at Wal Mart afterwards and found it was SO MUCH CHEAPER. AND I MEAN SO MUCH CHEAPER AND BETTER!

After a horrible 2 night stay at The Homestead, we checked out early to travel to the Hotel Roanoke and found this gem for breakfast! Our waitress was incredible along with the youngsters that were helping her. The omelette was wonderful, fluffy and not greasy! The biscuit was perfect. The sausage gravy was good without all the heavy salt. Great choice we made.

My husband and I went to this restaurant for lunch. Quite intimate atmosphere and very warm and hospitable staff. The food was delicious 😋.

The Eggs wt Ribeye Steak and the Apple cobbler WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! The place is lovely and clean and the service OUTSTANDING!!! Definitely will come back!! (I did!!!) 😄 * Quiet ,cozy and clean restaurant *for the families: they have a kids menu. Highly recommended!!! **good coffee too
