My husband and I both had a doctor's appointment for the first time at Bath County Hospital with Megan Douglas. The hospital was very clean. Megan is very informative and listened carefully to everything we had to say. She talked about our medicines, answered all of our questions and suggested specialists to see for our other concerns. The receptionist, the nurse who took my blood work and all the other staff were kind and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. The visit was very good.

Giving the Bath County hospital a Big one star. I will never be going back to Carrie Baker , wasted about 2 hours just to be told to “ try dollar general” …. Like what is the most common thing to do when you are sick ? Pick up medicine from your local store I assume. It’s just funny for my insurance to be charged and I have to pay a deductible just to be told “ try dollar general “. When is General manager going to hire real staff is the big question.

Amazing place, all the staff is wonderful. Dr Crosby and Dr. Sedovy take time to actually talk to you. The ER, OR, x-ray and lab showed kindness and compassion while getting all the information about my gallbladder. It was a good experience. I would recommend Bath community hospital.
