Sharing our experience of having baby, i am sure step by steps are not needed but sharing if that helps anyone who wants to know ahead of time for the procedure or time it takes or things they can prepare for them. Ok to start, we reached hospital during midnight after our waterbreak.... we were taken inside taken weight checked for covid test if wife is positive they will check for husband and if it's negative they won't test for husband check fluid whether it's waterbreak.... also they will make you sign a form... once confirm after test that it's waterbreak they will take you to delivery room if it's normal.... they checked for dilation and thereafter gave us pitocin and IV.... They will monitor baby's heart rate and mother blood pressure They will ask if you need epidural, we opted for it and was given in back and it's painful when they give After 12 hour or so, Since our baby's heart rate was fluctuating we were given option to continue with pitocin for dilation or to go for C section Once signed form we were taken to operation room Husband's are allowed to sit next to wife with blue drape in front so they can't see the operation Wife was give anesthesia so she can't feel the pain with epidural After 20 min or so we were lucky to see our baby and that experience was out of this world. After that RN would take baby to check for their weight size and all Father gets chance to hold baby right after that and even mom can see the baby After operation is completed baby and baby mom is taken to recovery room where they stay for an hour and also make sure that mom and baby is healthy After that we were given separate room where it was 3 of us baby and parents RN will do regular check for baby and mom You can also call for lactation consultant as and when needed You can also call pediatrician as needed Since it was c section we were staying for 3 nights They will check baby weight and make sure they don't loose more then 10 % of original weight We were given discharged after making sure we have enough stuff needed for our first week of supplies Overall experience was good some RN were way good with knowledge and some were pretty new but overall good. To add they do have coffee shop on same level and they have cafeteria on basement if you hungry. I would definitely say start to end experience was hectic but with help of doctors and RN with their knowledge it helped alot.

I have someone in the psych ward. The nurses were decent. They did there job over the phone. Not with the best attitude always but they did it. Shirley was helpful. The nurses station on the other hand wouldnt really let me explain but they are in a rush I guess. I just felt a little belittled sometimes

I literally cannot say enough about this hospital. I went to the ER and the staff was nothing but kind, efficient, and made me feel so at ease. They treated me like I was a family member going to the hospital, was extremely kind and caring, and walked me through a lot of things happening. I’m happy to know that a great group of medical professionals is apart of my community. Huge thank you to Brittany, Justin, and Dr. Pickler.

Think I caught them on a strangely empty morning so it was a breeze! I only sat for a few minutes before going to triage and every RN, PA, tech, etc that I met over my stay was very courteous and helpful. I’m extremely squeamish with needles but they had my blood drawn n saline lock put it before I even noticed! It could have been an extremely stressful time considering we’re still deep in the pandemic but even my perfect blood pressure readings reflected how smoothly everything went. For obvious reasons I hope I don’t have to go back anytime soon but I won’t be too upset if I do!

Pretty sure that it's 1 person per day. So mom would be able to come Monday. Dad on Tuesday. Then so on.

Does this hospital pull teeth if your face is swollen

I don't think any hospital will...theu typically do not have a dentist on staff. They will prescribe antibiotics for the swelling and infection and then you should see a dentist. Hope you feel better. Always call to check if they do.

Who knows...but you might end up leaving that way.
