Wow! First, renting a unit can't be easier. Can be done over the phone, out of town, off hours, and they even left me a free lock! Second, I didn't receive mail (probably thanks to USPS) and the office attendant helped rectify my issue in minutes without a manager. Then, with a manager, she completed another very helpful task, within hours. This is above and beyond great help. Third, in 2016 I believe, I had an issue with a unit and they were beyond helpful. Finally, this is my families third time needing a rental unit in Walkersville since 2014. This place is AWESOME. Have had none of the issues my peers have had elsewhere. Perfect climate control. Perfect pest control. I will choose this facility for cleanliness and customer service, every time. Thank you! You made moving back to Frederick much easier!

Great place to store things. I stored antique furniture and vintage keepsakes as well as an upholstered couch in 10x12’ climate control unit for 6 years without any problems. Very clean. No leaks. No mold. No bugs. No rodent problems. All Management very accommodating and reliable. Allowed me to bring a POD in, 2-day loading and have easy pickup. Easy pay online. Easy access. Would definitely recommend this business. Would absolutely use again.
