More of a dog thing because they tend to run after critters or in heat.that being said it's cheap to do.around 20 bucks. However alot of people think it's a gps it works more like a bar code that needs to be scanned with a gun like they use at the supermarket.
I've got a piece of paper at home,$49. They offer packages so if you do vaccines and or test the same time,it's significantly cheaper. The microchip costs $30 as an add-on to a package. This should be the most recent price but I'd give them a call to confirm.
