I have a unit at this facility and recently wanted to downsize. I decided to come into the location on a Saturday morning to do so and was warmly greeted by the manager on duty, Michael, at the front desk. I explained my situation to Michael and he listened very intently and then he told me all of the options for unit spaces that he had currently available. I even asked for a quick tour and he was happy to show me around. Michael was very nice and easy to talk to. I really liked how thorough he was as he explained the details of the units, the current prices, the process of downsizing and other things about the facility. It was great customer service and very helpful!

BE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD LOCK! --Not a secure facility, main doors left open for days at a time. --Persons who own units routinely open doors to allow others to literally line-up at the door to enter the facility to do private business. --Permanent labels plastered onto privately owned locks. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK... **AUGUST 2, 2021 UPDATE OF ORIGINAL REVIEW 7 MONTHS PRIOR** doors continue to be malfunctioning and left open, facility is no longer temperature controlled, dirt, humidity, and dust from outdoors permeates the open tops of the units getting contents filthy. security is non-existent!
