Yes, you can reserve outside tables.
Smoking is not allowed outside nor inside. And no you can not call ahead for res for outside seating. They are first come first serve basis if they are available. Hub and I wanted outside w shade but couldn't because they were all taken and with covid restrictions...distancing is still at play right now.
Smoking is allowed but NOT on the table all cigarette buds must be discarded in cigarette disposal pots not thrown into the water and consideration for nearby guests is advised
We just showed up and were seated outside at the rear patio, party of 6. Not sure about the smoking, think there was an ashtray on the table though.
