yes, this was formerly Inlet Harbor, which was destroyed by hurricane Matthew. It's technically the second location of Off the Hook Raw Bar & Grill in New Smyrna.

It's still the Inlet Harbor Marina. The restaurant was destroyed, then taken over/sold? to Off The Hook, who rebuilt on the same site.

Thank you all for your responses. I remember going there several years ago by boat and it was great. When I tried to return by land a year later I was told it was destroyed by a hurricane and that there were no plans to rebuild. The name threw me off. I will definitely head over and check it out.
