Yes, it's $15 or you can pay $20 for a pass that is good all year. You can pay $25 to access the park and the beach all year if Florida resident. Hope this helps!
It does cost to enter the park however there is parking if you turn right just before the gate with the little guard house which is free. You can then walk in without having to pay.
