Yes but If you buy an annual pass it will cost the same as one admission to this park and New Smyrna Dunes state park. Then you can visit both as much as you like for a year. Do not have to be a FL resident to do so.
The cost to enter the park was not $20 for us on Saturday June 15, 2019. It was $10. $20 was for an annual pass. Parking is very limited ince the park gets full. Great place.

Yes. But it is very cool. If you can climb to the top of the lighthouse the view is spectacular.
