Varies by location and includes clubhouse/pool amenities as well as several community-wide dinners and activities and trash/yard, upkeep/irrigation & 24 hour gatehouse Also no HOA fee unless you choose to join. Yes, inflation hits us in every expense, from gas to groceeies, ncluding lot rent.
