Make sure you check in with these people frequently, as they do not wish to provide care and will cancel your appointment at any chance they get. They do not care about the well being of your family member. They're just looking for their next source of income. I would highly recommend going to any other local vet in the area. Who knows when they will actually get you in to see you and by then it could be too late.

We were staying in the Ormond Beach area for two months. During that time we had two medical issues with our Beagles that required immediate attention. Pet Street was very understanding and we were able to get appointments both times. They were very caring and professional on both occasions. They called us after each appointment to ensure our pets were doing well. Excellent experience and we really appreciated their wonderful service. Thanks Doug, Billie, Chico and Jax Moore Atco NJ

Dr. Luke Williams at pet street vet is Very compassionate, sweet ,caring, understanding, thorough . You can really tell he loves what he does and loves animals .He takes his time with you and makes sure you understand everything. Wonderful bed side manner. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great vet to check him and his staff out. Really like his male tech as well. :) thank you Dr. Williams and staff for taking care of our babies :)

I'm delighted we found Pet Street as our new Vet service. Our previous vet was intolerant of Teddy's fear and forced restraints which Pet Street deemed unnecessary. Pet Street was kind and Teddy took to them immediately and there was no incident. The Doctor and the Staff were caring about us and our pet. Pet Street was also very informative and kept us in the loop about his health, even a next day follow up just for a routine visit. I Love this Vet and will recommend them always. Thank you.

No, not their policy. I'm not sure about emergencies I believe it would be best if your pet were a regular patient and you had an emergency but believe me you will pay for it

It is very easy to make an appointment, they always accommodate you and your pet. I have called and wanted a particular appointment, and the staff called me as soon as an earlier visit opened up. Best customer service ever! I go past a dozen vet clinics to go to Pet Street. They are THE BEST!

Good afternoon Mrs. McNally, The only vaccine that is mandatory (by Florida law and for the safety of our staff members) is the rabies vaccine. Other recommended vaccines are not required for a professional dental cleaning. If you want/need more information, please feel free to give us a call. Our receptionists are more than happy to answer any additional questions you may have. Sincerely, Pet Street (386-265-4444)
